Delivery Policy

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your e-learning environment and all included resources within 1 to 2 business days.

Your login credentials will be sent via email. If you haven’t received them within this timeframe, please contact our support team at info@divitrain.com — we’re happy to help.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a 14-day cancellation window from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

⚠️ Please note: You are no longer eligible for a refund once your login credentials for the learning platform have been issued — even if this occurs within the 14-day period.

If your course access has not yet been activated and you contact us within the cancellation period, you may qualify for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.
